Led by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), our Clinical Directors oversee all clinical components of your program. This includes supervision of treatment planning, clinical staff support, and ensuring services align with state, federal, accreditation, and payer-specific requirements.

A core service emphasis is placed on the accuracy and timeliness of documentation. We ensure that all clinical records, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries are completed and signed within required timeframes and meet specific insurance and utilization review standards, thus helping billing operations to run smoothly and reducing claim denials or delays.
